Use your account id/pw to access your Hosting Control Panel.
- You can access your control panel by going here yourdomainname.com/cpanel (enter the domain name you purchased where it says yourdomainname.com) and using the id/pw supplied to you will allow you to manage and setup all email accounts/forwarding email accounts etc.
- To upload your files to the site you would need an FTP client which will allow you to access all web files on your site.
- You can submit a ticket from your Billing account using your email address while logging into our support site.
